Telemedicine

Telemedicine

When a patient contacts us for a telemedicine consultation, we first check with the doctor and fix a time for the same day. Once the time is confirmed, we let the patient know the consultation time and fee. We then send a QR code for the patient to make the payment. After the patient pays and sends us a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp, the consultation takes place as scheduled. Once the consultation is done, we send the prescription to the patient through WhatsApp.

OP Coordinator and Front Office In charge will coordinate telemedicine calls, and calls will be connected to the OP Coordinator's number. (8547015700)
